Saturday AM: Ceremony

Arrive 9:45AM

Ceremony starts promptly at 10:00AM

135 W Rainbow Blvd Salida CO (Google Maps)

1/2 mile walk from the hotel - also plenty of parking at the ceremony site

Please bring

• Prepare for the weather (likely sun - sunscreen, sunglasses, hats are all good ideas - although the ceremony seating should be in the shade)

Provided

• Coffee, tea, water, OJ
• Light food after the ceremony (muffins, breakfast sandwiches, fruit)
• Porta potties available

Saturday PM: The Party

Time

Arrive 7:00 PM

Buses leave the hotel at 6:30PM

Buses stop briefly at 4th and E streets (Alpine Park) for those staying in downtown Airbnbs at 6:35PM

If you don't get on a bus, there is parking available at the reception

Dinner at 7, first dance at 8:30, then open dancing, bonfire at 11-11:30

Buses leave venue at 10:30PM and midnight

Please bring

• Dancing shoes! Attire is casual
• Light jacket for the bonfire
• ** If staying overnight in the bunks **: We have some sleeping bags, but please bring a sleeping bag/sheets/blankets if you are able. Bring your own towel/toiletries as needed.
